I am a passionate "foodie" who has spent the better part of my life loving food, learning food, and preparing exceptional food. I can honestly say that I'm one of those who actually did begin and develop a love and passion for cooking and food at his grandmother's side. It stuck!! I have cooked for family, friends, colleagues, and customers for more than 40 years.
Professionally, I have experience in a very broad range of venues . . casual, casual fine dining, gastropub, organic cafe, fine dining, off-premise catering, institutional, food hall, barbecue, molecular gastronomy, event management/chef, and personal/private chef. Expert at scratch cooking, utilizing locally sourced and seasonal ingredients, masterful use of leftovers. Creative, inventive, adaptive, cool under fire are all apt descriptors.
